Upper body strength/hypertrophy is a program that focuses on developing strength and muscularity in the upper body (chest, back, shoulders, arms).

The equipment you use in this program is mainly bars, dumbbells and single bar.

This is a more “gym” style program, with an emphasis on near-failure reps and plenty of recovery time between sets.
