Vasilis

Vassilis is the owner and coach of Tøro. He is a graduate physical therapy assistant, certified personal trainer & corrective exercise specialist by NASM and Pilates mat & props instructor by AF Studies. He is also an active athlete of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Elena is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (TEFAA), specializing in gymnastics.

Yannis is a graduate of IEK training, certified personal trainer by NASM and specializes in calisthenics.

Haris

Charis is a certified personal trainer by NASM, Animal Movement instructor and experienced coach and accomplished athlete of Brazilian jiu jitsu.

What is BMI
