Cross Traning

Cross training is a group program that provides a comprehensive approach to fitness through a full body circuit training.

Its aim is to cover all aspects of physical fitness through balance, agility, endurance and strength exercises.

The equipment we use is mainly free weights, straps, ergometers and of course our body weight.

Since we are advocates of freedom of movement.

The small number of people (8) per class makes it easy to scale or adapt the exercises according to the level, needs and goals of each trainee.rainnin
