Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a group strength and exploration program focused on discovering the capabilities of the human body, with the primary equipment being our own body.

The goal of the program is for participants to primarily conquer basic strength exercises (such as push-ups, pull-ups, etc.) and later experiment with acrobatic tricks on the balance beam, rings, and floor.

This program provides high mobilization through the establishment and achievement of goals.
